Due to the delicate nature of acrylic Beauté Pro Inc. cannot offer any refunds and all sales are final at this time.

Should the product arrive damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your acrylic organizer at info@shopbeautepro.com.

Please include your name and invoice number within the email so we can better serve you.

To be eligible for your Beauté Box by Beauté Pro to be replaced, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that all Beauté Boxes by Beauté Pro are strictly inspected and are not shipped damaged. Each Beauté Box by Beauté Pro is meticulously handcrafted therefore there will be some variation in the appearance of the acrylic.

Once your damaged Beauté Box by Beauté Pro is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your damaged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
